Invitation to participate at the Nordic Teacher education network’s online seminar on the topic of sustainable development and Nordic co-operation
In 2021, the Presidency of the Nordic Council of Ministers is held by Finland and the main task of the Finnish Presidency will be to advance the Nordic Vision 2030, adopted by the Nordic Prime Ministers, according to which the Nordic region will be the most sustainable and integrated region in the world by 2030. The Vision’s focal points are a green Nordic region, a competitive Nordic region and a socially sustainable Nordic region.
The Finnish Presidency of the NCM invites to a meeting on the 3rd March 2021 at 14:30 – 16:00 between teacher education institutions in the Nordic countries to discuss the possibilities of establishing a Nordic network for teacher education cooperation on the topic of improving competences in sustainable development for teachers at all levels of education.
The joint sessions will be in English. The group discussions may be in Scandinavian.
